This program helps facilitate the access of family education in ICTs, using these tools in the educational system, and accessing multimedia content.
This program is designed for students enrolled in Masters and PhD programs in the fields of technology and science. It enables such students to acquire the means of access to ICTs as part of their training.
It is a program of widespread use of ICTs in higher education. It will allow universities to acquire suitable systems for the integration of ICTs.
The idea being to create 400 Community Access Centres (CAC) to ICTs. The first phase involves the creation of 100 CACs in Youth Centres under the Ministry of Youth and Sports.
