ANRT adopted, starting March 2019, two decisions to initiate the implementation process of the law No. 31-13 on the right of access to information within the Agency. These are the decision appointing the members responsible for receiving requests for access to information and the decision appointing the commission responsible for the right of access to information.
Information is obtained based on a request submitted by the concerned person using the form available on ANRT website. The request can be made by direct submission, mail or email or through the Chafafya.ma platform:
