The National Telecommunications Regulatory Agency publishes the observatories of the telecommunications sector at the end of December 2020. During this period, the sector has recorded a positive evolution in the parks of the different segments.

The ANRT published Decision ANRT/DG/N° 14/20, which sets out the terms for reducing interconnection charges in the fixed-line, "new generation" and mobile networks of the three aforementioned operators by 2022. 

The 12^th meeting of the Management Committee of the Universal Service of Telecommunications (CGSUT) was held on October 26, 2020, under the chairmanship of the Head of Government, Dr. Saad Dine El Otmani, Chairman of the said Committee.

The National Telecommunications Regulatory Agency publishes the telecommunications sector observatories for the year 2019. This year has seen a positive evolution of the Internet and mobile telephony parks.

On July 29, 2019, the National Telecommunications Regulatory Agency, the Digital Development Agency, the National Ports Agency and PORTNET S. A. had launched a paperless platform for the approval of telecommunications equipment.

The ANRT ruled on the referral made local loop against Itissalat Al-Maghrib (IAM) for anti-competitive practices relating to the implementation of unbundling.

Subscribers to telecommunications services in Morocco wishing to port their numbers to other operators will be able to benefit from reduced processing times.

ANRT publishes the results of the annual survey on ICT usage indicators in households and by individuals for the year 2018. This survey was led in close collaboration with several National Institutions.
