ANRT approves technical offers and interconnection rates for IAM and Médi Telecom mobile networks for 2013

Through decision N°01/13 of January 21st 2013, ANRT approved the technical offers and interconnection rates in the IAM and Médi Telecom mobile networks for 2013.

This new decision reiterated the measures taken by the Agency’s 10/25 decision from January 25th on the multi-year price cap on endpoint interconnection traffic rates.

Lower prices for telecommunications services were confirmed in the third quarter of 2012.For mobile, ARPM (average revenue per minute) fell from MAD 0.76 (before tax)/min at the end of September 2011 to MAD 0.57 (before tax) per min at the end of September 2012, a decrease of 25%.
