The ANRT publishes the decision relating to interconnection traffic termination charges in the networks of the operators Itissalat Al-Maghrib, Médi Telecom and Wana Corporate

The ANRT published Decision ANRT/DG/N° 14/20, which sets out the terms for reducing interconnection charges in the fixed-line, "new generation" and mobile networks of the three aforementioned operators by 2022. 
 The interconnection charges, which are the subject of this decision, take into account the current market context and the results of regulatory audits. They tend towards an alignment with international best practices in this area. 

The new termination rates (voice and SMS) would allow :

  • a better stimulation of competition;
  • more competitive and more generous retail offers, particularly in voice;
  • an increase in voice usage using the operators' traditional networks.
