The delegation of the National Agency for Universal Service of Telecommunications and Digital (ANSUTEN), Guinea, is on a working visit to the ANRT.  On the agenda of this meeting, the regulatory framework of the Universal Service in Morocco, the achievements in terms of uses and coverage through the universal service fund, the monitoring mechanisms and the levers inherent to the success of these programs.
