As part of its international cooperation activities, from September 10th-14th 2012 ANRT received managers from the Regulatory Authority of Electronic Communications and Posts (ARCEP) of Burkina Faso who came to enquire about ANRT’s experience on the analysis of telecommunications markets and the rate offer approval process.

The Burkinabe delegation consisted of:

• Mrs. Irène SARE, Head of Department of Economy and Forecasting;
• M. David SOUBEIGA, Head of department for prospective studies, market observatory, costs, and rates;
• M. Olive SOME, Head of department of economic access and competition.

This visit is part of the implementation of a cooperation protocol signed May 24th 2002 between ANRT and the ARCEP of Burkina Faso.
