The 12^th meeting of the Management Committee of the Universal Service of Telecommunications (CGSUT) was held on October 26, 2020, under the chairmanship of the Head of Government, Dr. Saad Dine El Otmani, Chairman of the said Committee.

During this meeting, the Committee reviewed the progress of achievements of the various projects previously adopted by the CGSUT, including the national plan of high and very high broadband (PNHD), projects aiming at developing uses, particularly in national education, higher education and within the frame of digitalization.

Several resolutions were adopted at the end of this meeting and concern in particular the renewal of universal service agreements relating to previously adopted and implemented projects, the launch of consultations to complete the coverage of localities with 3G/4G services, the launch of consultations with operators on the national fiber plan, the adoption of new projects related to the development of uses, particularly in education and the facilitation of administrative procedures.
