Filing the application:
For a Moroccan radio enthusiast:

Application filed by the applicant, stating the brand and type of station.

Copy of the enthusiast's license.

Copy of the Restricted Operator Certificate.

Application form duly filled out and signed.
For a foreign radio enthusiast:

Applicant's request specifying its base point and length of stay in Morocco;

Copy of the enthusiast's license;

Copy of passport.
