Pursuant to the ANRT/DG/N°05/11 Decision, the three global ERPTs are required to carry out controls on billing in order to ensure tariff transparency and billing accuracy of their telecommunications services. In this context, and in application of its prerogatives, the ANRT ensures compliance with this provision.
The following summary provides an overview of the results of these checks for 2020.
