The ANRT has received notification of a economic concentration project consisting in the creation, by the telecommunications operators “Itissalat Al-Maghrib” and “Wana Corporate”, of two joint ventures ‘FiberCo’ and “TowerCo”. Pursuant to article 13 of law n°104-12 relating to free pricing and competition and article 10 of decree n°2-14-652 taken for its application, as amended and completed, the ANRT is making available to the public the “Summary of the Transaction”, containing the information communicated by the above-mentioned Operators.
