Report on the Quality of Service (QOS) of public telecommunications networks in Morocco

The National Telecommunications Regulatory Agency (ANRT) publishes service quality indicators of the national 2nd generation (2G voice) network measured during the period of September 27th to October 23rd 2012.

Mis en place par l’ANRT, les indicateurs suivants renseignent notamment sur l’accessibilité du service de télécommunications, sa continuité, sa disponibilité et sa fiabilité :

  • The failure rate (TE);
  • The cut-off rate (TC);
  • The success rate (SR);
